This is a sleek, vintage Mid Century serving piece. It is marked "Federal Tool Corp, Stock No. 638, Made in U.S.A." It is all plastic with forest green base & center handle with chartreuse green petaled cups. The cups spin on the base. The piece measures 9-3/4" in diameter & stands about 2" tall to the rim of the cups.  It very good, vintage condition. No chips or cracks. No repairs or other damage.  Please see photos for details. Great MCM style! Beautiful!
