    Vintage Mid-Century Modern Rubbermaid Mint Green Starburst Plastic Tissue Box Cover #2939.
    In great shape, the gold starbursts still pop!  No cracks, some minor scuff marks on the long side that may be receptive to a magic eraser and what looks to be a minor cigarette burn on the same side of the scuff marks (see last pic).
