Add A Matic grocery store cost counter plastic Japan vintage 1960's New NIP

1960's ( NO UPC code) Made in Japan. New in sealed package, with 1.50 inked on the front and a spot. ( photo #2). These small adding machines are meant to use while shopping at a grocery store, so you can count the total of your purchase and compare it to the cash register total in case of overcharging/errors. On the back is a price comparer- measure the price in quantities ( so you know if the big size is cheaper than the small size, by ounce,etc). Very neat piece of history. the machine is 2" x 4" long, the entire card is 5" x 6 ". Does not need a battery, works by using your fingers to add/compare.
